Master Gardeners to address hot weather gardening

Visit the teaching gardens at Prairie Springs Park and see what area Master Gardeners planted, why they planted it and learn some things that you might not know. Come and ask any questions that you may have in regards to your home garden or just for the knowledge. Barb Larson, Kenosha County UW-Extension Horticulture Educator and Master Gardener volunteers will be at Prairie Springs Park, right by the baseball field on the west side of Lake Andrea in Pleasant Prairie on Tuesday, July 10. The theme for the short talk is going to be “Gardening in the Hot Weather,” but the experts will answer any questions you may have. The talk begins at 5:30 p.m. and the experts will be around for questions until about 7 p.m.
