At 9:31 p.m., a Twin Lakes police office is reporting to dispatch that it is beginning to rain.
Indeed there is a rain on the National Weather Service radar moving into the area.
However, considering that it hasn’t rained in weeks the timing could be better, as Twin Lakes Libertyfest is under way tonight.
UPDATE 10:04 p.m. — A few drops falling in Paddock Lake now.
