The latest forecast from the National Weather Service for our area does not have us topping 100 degrees on Thursday.
But that doesn’t mean it’s not going to be hot, hot, hot the next few days.
Today’s high temperature forecast is for 95 degrees.
Thursday it should creep up to 99 degrees and then moderate some but remain in the 90s through Sunday.
There is some chance of rain — no greater than 40 percent — Thursday through Sunday as well.
