Man dies in motorcycle crash in Randall; ID released

A man died in a motorcycle crash on Highway W in far southeastern Randall on Saturday at about 4 p.m.

We have a request in with the Sheriff’s Department for any additional information.We we get some we will pass it along.

UPDATE June 18 — The Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department released the following statement:

On 06-16-12 at 1601 hrs Deputies responded with Silver Lake Rescue and Randall Fire Department personnel to the scene of a Fatal Motorcycle Accident on CTH W/Fox River Road North of CTH CK/125th St. The driver of a 2009 Harley Davidson motor cycle, Silvano Boswell (50 yoa, from Gurnee,IL), was traveling with another motorcycle northbound on Fox River Rd. Silvano attempted to flag down someone he knew who was in a truck in front of him by moving up on the right side of the truck in a wider portion of the roadway. After Silvano had done this and as the road curved and narrowed, Silvano lost control of his motorcycle. The motorcycle left the roadway and struck a utility pole. Silvano was fatally injured in the crash. Silvano was not wearing a helmet.
