Pringle Nature Center, 9800 160th Ave., Bristol will be having an Invasive Species Workday on Saturday, June 23, 9 a.m. to noon.
Participants will help the center continue to restore its Oak Savanna and Prairie areas. Participants will be cutting down buckthorn, multi-flora rose, and other invasive plants. This also helps create open areas in the woods for school children to explore when they are out for programming.
Please bring your own work gloves; tools will be provided.
