Silver Lake village president pleads no contest on disorderly charge

Silver Lake village President Jeffrey Albrecht plead no contest to a charge of disorderly conduct related to a incident at a village restaurant/tavern on March 30.

Albrecht paid a fine of $515.

A Kenosha County Sheriff”s Department report on the incident indicates Albrecht alleged that Gary Faber confronted him about village business while Albrecht was dining at the restaurant and bar in the 28800 block of Silver Lake Road, Silver Lake on the evening of March 30. The report also indicates that Faber alleged to police that Albrecht was violating the state concealed carry law.

Faber also faces a disorderly conduct charge. He has plead not guilty. His case is still open.
