At about 1:30 p.m., Twin Lake Fire Department is responding to a request for mutual aid from Richmond Fire Department for a structure fire in the 3900 block of East Solon Road, Richmond.
Twin Laks is responding with an engine.
UPDATE 1:44 p.m. — Box alarm activated and more mutual aid being brought in including units from Randall, Salem and Silver Lake fire and rescue departments.
