At about 3:47 p.m., Salem Fire/Rescue and Silver Lake Rescue are responding to a report of an unknown medical problem in teh 30700 block of Highway 50, Salem.
Dispatch reports that a person reported a car on the shoulder with hazard lights on and an adult male lying outside the vehicle.
UPDATE 3:52 p.m. — Deputy on scene reports patient is conscious and breathing, but has a leg injury.
