Dozens of local consignors are busily preparing gently-used/like-new condition items and pricing them to sell to savvy shoppers at this weekend’s Pink Platypus Consignments Spring/Summer Children’s Consignment Sale.
The sale runs Saturday, March 31, 9 am-7 pm and Sunday, 9 am-3 pm at Salem Grade School, 8828 Antioch Road, Salem. Follow the pink signs to the school’s south cafeteria for thousands of great values on children’s clothing (sizes preemie-16), shoes, toys, games, books, sports equipment, outdoor play sets, nursery items, and even maternity wear!
Some of hot items for sale are brand-new kid’s bike helmets and play tents. Plus, lots of outdoor riding toys, a great selection of like-new Melissa & Doug floor puzzles, and a fantastic assortment of spring and summer wear for kids of all ages. Don’t forget that many consignors are marking down their items to 50% off on Sunday.
All of the proceeds from the $1 cash entry donation (per adult, kids are free) are being shared between the Salem Grade School PTO and Booster Club. Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover will be accepted at the registers.
