Twin Lakes village trustees favored partnering with Randall to get an over due stretch of Legion Drive repaved this summer.

Village administrator David Cox explained that Randall is planning a repaving project that includes 96th Street. Adjacent is a portion of Legion Drive in Twin Lakes that is overdue for repaving.

By including the 60 or so feet of the village road in the town project, a much lower cost can be achieved Cox said. Randall made the offer to include the stretch of road.

All trustees present (Trustees Thomas Connolley, Jeremy Knoll and President Howard Skinner were absent) agreed to move forward with formulating an agreement for the repaving, which could be given final approval at the next Village Board meeting.
