Units responding for report of rollover in Bristol

At 2:38 p.m., Bristol Fire and Rescue and sheriff’s deputies are responding to a report of a crash in the 14000 block of Highway C, Bristol.

Dispatch reports that a single vehicle is involved, an SUV rolled over on its side. Driver is out of vehicle.

UPDATE 2:48 p.m. — Tow truck being called to the scene.

UPDATE 2:58 p.m. — Fire department units clearing the scene.

    There are or have been issues with railroad crossings in the area. No one has suggested the solution of placing a round-a-bout with a train crossing. Roun-a-bouts are just a passing fad brought on by another chapter of globalism. People are NOT getting behind the wheel with a serious mind of focusing on the ROAD.

    You two are exactly the people that don’t educate themselves before responding. Read (even if it’s just a little) about Roundabouts. This not only limits your readings to the U.S. (United States) but to other countries that have had great success and a decrease in the number of fatalities due to Roundabouts. Train crossings, that’s up to you. As far as a passing fad, I don’t think so. Maybe do a little educational reading and research before you speak…..
