At about 4:15 p.m., Salem Fire/Rescue and sheriff’s deputies are responding to a report of a fire in a backyard in the 6400 block of 235th Avenue, Paddock Lake.
UPDATE 4:19 p.m. — Deputy on scene reports fire and smoke is coming from a backyard burn pit. Fire units told not to respond.
