At about 4:48 p.m., sheriff’s deputies and fire and rescue personnel are responding to a report of a crash on Highway 142.
Dispatch reports that extent of injuries are unknown.
I don’t know the location yet, but Salem Fire/Rescue is responding so it likely is in Brighton.
UPDATE 5 p.m. — Crash scene is actually in Racine County, so it must be west of 312th Avenue. Town of Burlington Fire and Rescue being dispatched, but Salem Fire/Rescue and Silver Lake Rescue units continuing to respond until Burlington is on scene. At least one Kenosha County sheriff’s deputy continuing as well.
UPDATE 5:03 p.m. — Kenosh County units can stand down.
