The Central High School German Class will be hosting a public memorial service on Nov. 17, at 7 p.m., in the school’s cafetorium, to honor late German teacher Capt. David A. Novaez.
Captain Novaez and his wife both passed away as the result of a motorcycle accident on Oct. 9. The school welcomes all those who would like to participate in the memorial where there will be time to share memories, view exhibits on Novaez’s life as well as witness the unveiling of the memory box.
Central High School is located at 24617 75th St., Paddock Lake.
