At 6 p.m., Salem Fire/Rescue units from all stations are responding to a report of a dryer in fire at a residence in the 21800 block of 121st Street, in the Lake Shangri-la area. Sheriff’s deputies also are responding.
UPDATE 6:19 p.m. — No fire found at address personnel at the scene reports. Dispatch replays call and verifies address. Call came in from a non-working cell phone and can’t be called back.
UPDATE 6:20 p.m. — All Salem units clearing scene.
