Central results at Franklin Saber Invitational cross country meet

Central High School Varsity Boys Cross Country Team ran to a first place at the Franklin Saber Invitational Friday, Sept. 17, at Franklin High School.

There were nine teams at the invite. Scoring is figured on the top five scorers who secured the victory as they were all in the top 20.

The overall winner for the boys was A.J. Kitchen from Beaver Dam with a time of 16:16.25.

The Central girls team placed sixth at the invitational out of 10 teams with the following places and times:

The overall winner for the girls was Alexandria Fons from Franklin with a time of 14:52.21.
