Heidi’s Bakery in Paddock Lake held it’s grand opening today.
The bakery is a westofthei.com sponsor.
Ten percent of the proceeds from the day were to go to support Mike Bennett Jr., NHRA High School 2011 drag race local race finalist for US National Championship at Indianapolis Raceway.
Keeping with the automotive theme, the grand opening included a classic car show. One of the exhibitors was Rick Sheehan, owner of Reliable Heating and Air Conditioning, a westofthei.com sponsor, who was showing his classic Ford pick-up.
