Heidi’s Bakery will be having a grand opening Saturday, Sept. 10., at its location at 24221 75th St., Paddock Lake.
As part of the festivities, Heidi’s will be hosting a classic car show from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Many local and well-known car enthusiasts will be participating, said Heidi Schuerstedt, the business’ co-owner.
During those hours, 10 percent of all proceeds at Heidi’s Bakery will be donated to support Mike Bennett Jr., a NHRA high school 2011 drag race local finalist for the US National Championship at Indianapolis Raceway.
