Pringle Nature Center, 9800 160th Ave., Bristol will be having a Perseids Meteor Shower Viewing on Friday, Aug. 12, 9:30 to 11 p.m.
The Perseids is one of the best meteor showers to observe, producing up to 60 meteors per hour at their peak. This year’s shower should peak on the night of Aug. 12 and the morning of the 13th.
The event will begin with a short, informal talk about the Perseids. Please dress for the weather. Registration is require. Please call 857-8008 to pre-register.
