Due to results of water testing, an advisory has been posted today at the beach at Lilly Lake, Wheatland town Clerk Shiela Siegler reports.
The signs posted at the beach advise: “Swim at your own risk. Do not ingest lake water. Shower after swimming. Wash hands before eating. Do not swim if you are ill.â€
The most recdent test result shows 816 cfu/100mls. No other test this summer had been higher than 53 cfu/100mls.
