Pringle Nature Center, 9800 160th Ave. (Highway MB), Bristol will be having a Nature Story Time Hike: The Eagle and the Wren, retold by Jane Goodall on Saturday, Aug. 6, 10 to 11 a.m.
In the story, lark, dove, eagle and vulture all claim to soar the highest. So owl suggests a contest, and off the birds soar. It appears eagle is the winner, but a tiny passenger on his wing may change the outcome.
After the story, participants will head out for a hike with activities tied to the story. Free.
