Kenosha County is included in a flash flood watch issued by the National Weather Service.
The watch is in effect until Thursday morning.
There is an 80 percent chance of more rain in in the area tonight.
A flash flood occurs within a few hours (usually less than six) of heavy or excessive rainfall, dam or levee failure or water released from an ice jam, the NWS says.
