Twin Lakes police Chief Dale Racer is dunked during his stint in the booth at last year's National Night Out event.
Twin Lakes will host National Night Out on Aug. 2, from 5 to 8 p.m. at St. John’s Catholic Church 701 N. Lake Ave. Twin Lakes.
Bring the family and meet your local police, fire and EMS personnel while getting free food and prizes.
Demonstrations will include:
- Fire Department Ladder Climb.
- Taser.
- Fire Demonstration.
- Kenosha Sheriff K-9.
- Kenosha Sheriff Bomb Squad.
- Possible Flight For Life Landing.
Also scheduled is a special appearance by McGruff the Crime Fighting Dog. Other fun includes door prizes, gift bags for all kids, free food and drinks.
This year also will feature the first Annual National Night Out Pizza Competition. Come out and see who takes the first trophy home from among local competing pizza restaurants.
