At 1:02 p.m., Randall Fire Department, Twin Lakes Fire Department and sheriff’s deputies and Twin Lakes Police are responding to a report of a crash involving two pick-up trucks on Richmond Road (Highway P) at about 400th Avenue, along the Randall-Twin Lakes border.
Dispatch reports that there are two injured parties.
