Paddock Lake’s annual Independence Day bike parade took place today.
Lots of decorated bikes, and a few police fire and other vehicles, made their way from McAlonan Park on the west side of the village around to Village Hall on the east side of the village.

Once at the end of the route, bikes were judged for awards and participants were treated to a hot dog, chips and drink by the Westosha Kiwanis Club, which was hosting Paddock Lake Fest across the street.
There’s still time to get out to the fest, which is continuing until midnight with food, drinks and live music. Fireworks over the lake will begin at dusk.
