Volunteer drops pancake batter onto super-sized griddle
After the first hour of business, Kenosha County Dairy Ambassador, Rachel Crane knew they had a hit. With perfect weather to encourage early morning diners, the breakfast, held at the Weis-Way Dairy Farm, served 1136 people by 7:30 a.m.
“We normally serve about 700-800 by that time,” she said. “I am so excited that there are so many people here–they are all good people and having a lot of fun.”
