Attorneys for man accused of murdering Trevor woman want charges dropped

Attorneys for a the man accused of murdering Mary Hutchinson, a Trevor resident, at her workplace in Lindenhurst, Illinois in 2006 are asking that the charges be dropped, CBSChicago.com is reporting.

Attorneys for James Ealy say police unlawfully confronted Ealy just hours after the murder, and used illegally-obtained evidence to pursue charges against him.
