Law enforcement agencies from throughout Kenosha County participated in the annual Kenosha Law Enforcement Memorial Service Wednesday in Kenosha.
The service is held each May to honor those in law enforcement who have died while serving as the citizens of Kenosha. The memorial is located near the Kenosha Public Museum and Civil War Museum in Kenosha.
This year’s gues speaker was Chief Tony Brthuly of the Fond du Lac Police Department, who sp[oke of Officer Craig Birkholz, a Kenosha native and Fond du Lac police officer who was killed on duty March 20.

The memorial carries the names of the following officers who died while serving as police officers.
