At 8:12 p.m., Salem Fire/Rescue is responding for an investigation of a fire alarm in the 25000 block of 87th Street.
Dispatch reports no smoke or flames seen by the resident at the multi-unit building involved.
UPDATE 8:21 p.m. — Based on observation of personnel on scene, Salem now responding with a single engine in non-emergency mode.
UPDATE 8:30 p.m. — Deputy reports to dispatch that fire department has reset alarm.
