The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for an area of Wisconsin that includes Kenosha County.
The advisory began at 10 a.m. and continues to 10 p.m. Winds of 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 top 50 mph are forecast.
The NWS warns that high profile vehicles — especially on north-south roads — may experience buffeting winds. Minor tree damage and power interruptions also are possibilities.
There’s also a 90 percent chance of rain today, a 100 percent chance of rain tonight and an 80 percent chance of rain Saturday.
