At 8:13 p.m., Salem Fire and Rescue and a sheriff’s deputy is responding to a report of a grass fire along Highway 75 near Highway NN, Brighton.
UPDATE 8:14 p.m. — Deputy on scene says fire is small and may only need a grass rig to be extinguished.
UPDATE 8:17 p.m. — Deputy reports that fire has been extinguished by the homeowner.
