At about 10:07 p.m., a sheriff’s deputy is responding to a report of a crash near Highway 83 and Highway C.
Dispatch reports that crash involves a truck that is off the road on the south side of the Highway.
UPDATE 10:11 p.m. — Another caller passing by scene reports icy road conditions, dispatch says.
