The National Weather Service in Sullivan has issued a Flood warning for the Fox River near New Munster.
At 3 P.M the stage was 9.6 feet and flood stage is 10 feet. The forecast is to rise above flood stage by late tomorrow and continue to 10.5 feet by early Wednesday. Water is already near some homes along Highway W in the Silver Lake Area.
