Kenna Beth, a third grader in the Brighton Bombers 4H Club, has set a goal to collect as many gently used books as she can to donate to the Frank Neighborhood Project.
Kenna’s family does fun things with kids who go to Frank School in Kenosha and she feels many of them might like some new books. She has lots at home and thinks it’s better to “recycle” them, then throw them away.
If you, or anyone you know, has any old books, please bring them to your 4H meetings in March and April. Kenna also suggests asking relatives and the people your parents work with for donations.
“Any type of book would be great,” Kenna said. “I am really excited to see how many we can collect. I hope you will help.”
