At 8:41 p.m., Town of Wheatland Fire Department units and sheriff’s deputies are responding to a report of a flames inside a mobile home in the 32200 block of 45th Street.
Dispatch says report was called in by someone who thought they saw flames through a window. However, they are now not sure if it might be a candle or a light.
UPDATE 8:50 p.m. — First fire department personnel on scene report smell of smoke.
UPDATE 8:51 p.m. — Personnel at scene reports there may be a small fire in a back bedroom.
UPDATE 8:52 p.m. — Randall Fire Department and Silver Lake Fire Department being called to scene as mutual aid.
UPDATE 8:57 p.m. — Randall units being returned to quarters and others being told to respond in non-emergency mode.
