At 7:38 p.m., Bristol Fire and Rescue and sheriff’s deputies are responding to the southbound lanes of Interstate 94 just north of the Highway C off ramp for a report of a semi-tractor trailer on fire.
UPDATE 7:41 p.m. — First personnel on scene reports no fire showing.
UPDATE 7:45 p.m. — Deputy reports that driver may have locked up a brake. Deputy reported a lot of smoke, but no fire showing.
