Central High School has announced that someone has come forward to run for the Paris seat on the School Board for which no one filed candidacy papers to be on the April ballot.
Henry Billingsley filed paperwork with the district stating his intention to run as a write-in.
Billingsley is a longtime Paris resident and runs his own company, Billingsley Engineering, which performs soil testing and septic system design and installation.
Longtime Central board member Michael Infusino, who currently holds the Paris seat, is not running for re-election.
