Third grade students at Bristol School received a visit from Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department K-9 Officer Eric Klinkhammer and his dog, Bear, on Friday, Feb.4.
The third graders are reading and learning about working dogs, specifically a K-9 officer and his dog, in their reading book. Officer Klinkhammer and Bear did demonstrations of commands and talked about what the dog’s responsibilities are on the sheriff’s department.
