Some roads continue to be far from normal. For example, at 7:22 a.m., a joint services dispatcher just reported to a deputy that Highway U in Bristol has only one passable lane, which cars are trying to use going both north and south, causing a hazardous condition.
Some new cars off the road are still being reported as well.
