Westosha Head Start is now accepting applications for the 2011-2012 school year.
The program provides kindergarten readiness for children of all abilities who live west of I-94 in Kenosha County.
Head Start is a federally funded preschool program for children ages 3-5 years. It includes:
- Healthy meals and snacks provided daily.
- Full or Part Day classrooms available to meet the needs of families.
- Partnerships with many local school districts and area service agencies.
- Community and parent volunteers an integral part of the program.
Registration will take place Feb. 21 to 24 between 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
