At 7:12 p.m., Kenosha Joint Services Dispatch reports that a driver of a pick-up truck is reporting they hit a stranded, unoccupied and unlighted vehicle standing in the intersection of Highways 45 and 142, Paris.
UPDATE 8:37 p.m. — Deputy waiting for tow truck with unoccupied vehicle has now had snow drift to up over his wheels, he reports to dispatch. Has requested assistance from Highway Department to free his squad. Tow truck reportedly is stuck and is waiting for another truck to free him.
