Bristol has declared a snow emergency effective immediately until Thursday.
Under the emergency, no parking will be allowed on any village street, said Randy Kerkman, village administrator.
This week’s garbage collection also will be effected by the weather. John’s Disposal will not be picking up residents’ garbage on Thursday. Garbage pickup for this week only will be on Friday, Feb. 4.
