The Kenosha County 4-H Fishing Project is hosting its first annual Chili Cook Off! & Raffle on Feb. 19.
The cook-off will feature chefs from your favorite local volunteer fire departments.
Chili Cook Off Tasting will take place from 3 to 6 p.m. Raffle sales end and drawing begins at 6 p.m.
The event will be held at Conservation Club of Kenosha County, Bristol Shooting Ranges, 21001 85th St. (Highway AH), Bristol.
The raffle will include dozens of prizes, including:
- Remington M770 270 Win. Synthetic stock w/3×9 scope.
- Apple iPod Touch 8 gig 4th Generation.
- Amazon Kindle Graphite WiFi.
- Snow Blower.
- Samsung – Netbook / Windows 7/ 10.1″ / 250GB HD.
- 1200 Watt Generator.
- Garmin – nüvi 255W GPS.
- Kodak – EasyShare C195 14.0-Megapixel Digital Camera.
- Pizza Oven, Electric Roaster, Rod and Reel Combos.
Raffle tickets are $1 each and available from any Project Member, Larry’s Auto in Silver Lake and Paddock Lake Sport Shop, or at the Chili Cook Off. Admission: $4 for adults, $3 for ages 6 to 12, ages 5 and under free. Price includes chili, all the fixings, homemade desserts and hot dogs for the kids. One vote per paying admission.
