The Wilmot Cheerleaders competed this Saturday at Badger High School. Their Mission — to defend their title as back-to-back Southern Lake Conference Champions.
The team, coached by Mandi Kula and Jennifer Miller, walked away with their third consecutive conference championship title and a lot of momentum for Sunday’s performance.
On Sunday, the cheerleaders competed at the annual Milwaukee Bucks Cheer Competition held at Wisconsin Lutheran College. The team had a fantastic repeat of Saturday’s performance, hitting all of their stunts and bringing a ton of energy for the crowd. The team took first place and was awarded the opportunity to perform their routine during halftime of a Milwaukee Buck’s basketball game.
The next stop for this amazing group of young ladies is the National High School Cheerleading Competition held in Orlando, Florida. The team qualified for the national competition by winning the UCA Milwaukee Regional Competition in November. They are among seven teams from Wisconsin that will make the trip to the National Competition in February.
