Fill your stomach without emptying your wallet. Lunch is free, with 100 percent of tips benefiting Special Olympics Wisconsin’s Southeastern Area.
Texas Roadhouse, 7121 118th Ave. Kenosha, will open its doors from 11 a.m.- 2 p.m. to serve you a free lunch consisting of a pulled pork sandwich, fries, applesauce and a soda. The wait staff will team up with local law enforcement officers to serve lunch.
Don’t forget to “Tip-a-Cop†as all donation tips received from the meals benefit the nearly 1,400 local Special Olympics athletes.
Need another reason to attend? Lite Rock 92.1’s Lew Turner will be broadcasting live between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., from the Texas Roadhouse!

Special Olympics Wisconsin Southeastern Area holds eight local competitions per year and provides year-round training opportunities through 18 different Olympic-type sports for athletes with cognitive disabilities.
