At 10:38 p.m., Paris Fire and Rescue, sheriff’s deputies and state patrol are responding to a report of a crash involving a semi-tractor trailer and a SUV in about the 1100 block of the southbound lanes of I-94.
UPDATE 10:40 p.m. — Driver of vehicle reports to dispatch that semi- is not jack-knifed but instead is blocking traffic so no one hits SUV.
