At 10:35 a.m., a deputy on the scene reports that traffic signals at Highway 50 and Highway P in Wheatland are malfunctioning.
The lights are only showing green in one direction. All others are red. Deputy says they will begin directing traffic to keep cars moving on Highway 50. Another deputy responding as well.
UPDATE 10:40 a.m. — WisDOT crew called and expected to arrive in 20 to 30 minutes, dispatch reports.
