At 5:28 a.m., the southbound lanes of Interstate 94 in Racine County from Highway K (the Racine Highway K) to Highway KR (the county line) have been shut down because of a crash. There may have been two separate crashes involving as many as 19 cars. Suffice to say that road conditions are still very slick in places.
