The National Weather Service forecast for our area calls for snow and ice today and tonight.
The forecast calls for snow to start falling after 3 p.m., with less than a half inch of daytime accumulation. Snow is to continue tonight, perhaps collecting an inch or two and then start changing to icy drizzle as the night goes on.
The freezing drizzle may continue into tomorrow with highs Tuesday and Wednesday in the 30s.
Snow is back in the forecast Thursday and Friday.
