Winds between 10 and 20 mph (gusts to 30 mph) and temperatures in the mid to low teens will keep the wind chill below zero today, the National Weather Service forecast says. The conditions have prompted a hazardous weather outlook statement.
Tuesday should me more of the same.
Temps may start to rise some on Wednesday, creeping up into the 20s and up into the mid 20s by Thursday.
